At Bodur, the recruitment process is meticulously conducted in collaboration with our relevant department managers. We believe that success stems from a combination of talent and performance. We look for qualities in candidates such as teamwork skills, openness to learning, analytical thinking, and creativity. We evaluate the competencies required for open positions and implement a selection and placement process accordingly.

Applications should be sent to ik@bodur.com.tr. General applications are also welcome throughout the year, even for positions not advertised. We carefully review applications and store resumes in our database even if there are no open positions at that time. We will contact candidates when a suitable opportunity arises.

Education

All new employees participate in the Bodur Orientation Program. This program aims to familiarize employees with the company's operations, quality policies, and interdepartmental processes.

We believe that training is fundamental to adapting to rapid changes in the sector and maintaining corporate competitiveness. Accordingly, we continuously support our training processes with both internal and external seminars.

The goal is to create an organizational culture that encourages knowledge sharing, is open to development, and fosters learning.
